A wonderful gift
A friend of mine sent Lily something wonderful:
A Link-a-doos bouncer! She heard me complaining about having to swing Lily in her car seat to help her fall asleep--and sent this chair as the perfect alternative. Now all I have to do is tap my pinkie toe on the frame of the chair and it gently bounces Lily off to dreamland.
And it's got a vibrating function too, to mimic a car ride. I haven't tried that yet--going out for batteries seems like a major undertaking--but she always passes out in car rides, unless she's hungry, so that should work like a charm when my pinkie toe gets tired.
