Four at the park
The FOUR of us went for a walk to the park today. You had lots of fun on the swings, the slide, and climbing all over the other equipment while your little brother snoozed away.

Our little soccer star
It was surprisingly cold today, but we went out to the park anyway to play some soccer. You are great at kicking your little soccer ball around and chasing it down when we kick it across the field. Sometimes you like to pick it up and throw it instead of kicking it. :)

One WONDERFUL walk
You don't see many days like these here in October. But we had a fresh, glorious, sunny weekend, and today the three of us went for a lovely walk around a tiny lake in our neighbourhood. We are so lucky to live in such a tree-filled area.
Discovering how fun it is to play in the leaves!!
Tatus showed you how to throw them up in the air, which made you laugh again and again.
Lost in thought as you watch people go by. Still blonde!

ready to kick if they come too close.
This is one of my favourite photos of you and Tatus. So peaceful. And he's such a great Tatus. Always has the time to show you things, explain what they are, let you touch and experience for yourself. He's awesome. :)

Walking off all that food
After Gran, Uncle Derek and Uncle Shane left to drive back to Kelowna, the three of us went to explore a park nearby and walk off all the food and cake we'd eaten. At first, you were quite happy to sleep through the walk.
But it wasn't long until you were exploring a whole soccer field on your own.

A day at the park
It's Spring, and everytime we go to the park you are just itching to get out of the stroller and play with all the older kids. I don't think you are going to be shy at all. Today was the first time we took you to the park and you played on the baby swing--you were in heaven! I can see many, many afternoons are going to be spent at the park this summer. I can't wait (and probably neither can you) until you can walk and run around with all the other kids.
The cherry blossom trees are in bloom now, so we put a cluster of flowers behind your ear. Very Hawaiian!
